“I was very impressed with Dean, the owner of Ducts In A Row. He was able to offer same day service and it may have saved our home from catching fire. Our home is only three years old and this is the second time the air conditioner has gone out. Dean was able to identify the problem quickly. The installer did not wire the panel correctly and this caused it to arch. We were told last year by Riverside homes we had to use Performance Heat & Air out of Mansfield in order to have the warranty cover the work. They only covered parts and we paid a large service cost. They informed us we will need to replace the panel and it would cost another service call. They did not inform us of the faulty wire they installed incorrectly. We decided to use a local Caddo Mills company. The panel was replaced under warranty, the fan then went out and was also replaced under warranty. Dean spent two days making repairs and also provided us with a window unit so we could comfortably stay in our home. We appreciate his hard work, quick response and dedication to finding the problem and immediately taking care of it.”
