“I had an excellent experience with Ivy Heating and Air Conditioning today. From the start, communication was great — they kept me informed on when they were coming and showed up exactly as promised. The technician, David, was thorough and professional. He inspected both the outside unit and the unit in the attic, made the necessary repairs, cleaned everything, and added Freon. What I appreciated most was how informative he was — he took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. Since we’ll need a new unit in the future, he walked us through all of our options in a “good, better, best” format, explained financing, and answered every question without any pressure. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help us make the best decision. Honest, knowledgeable, and dependable — Ivy Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.”

“Charlie came out same day and identified a leak in my attic unit. While he didnt have the random part on his truck, he called it in and was able to pick up and return the following day for actual repairs. He calls/schedules with a 2 hour time slot, he calls as soon is he on the road leaving his prior job, letting me know he's on the way with an actual exact ETA based on GPS. He shows up wearing foot coverings even though I never asked or expected. He's great with the dog's indoors. He is knowledgeable and speaks to me as a woman, in a way that I understand and is neither condescending nor "mansplaining". He even offered alternate solutions in the event I wanted to go a different route. Given the amount of work my unit required, he suggested their "membership" service, which includes two maintenance services per year and offers a discount on any additional services required. The discount I would be receiving was in excess of the actual membership price, which made sense in my case to purchase it. This is a 2nd time in 3 years we have used Ivy Air, and I will no longer allow anyone else to come into my house for AC/HVAC work. They have been punctual, honest, transparent, competitively priced, courteous, and offer exceptional service from time you call and the gal answers the phone, to the service technician they send. “Charlie and his crew came for my whole install. TOP NOTCH with knowledge, team work, efficient, great equipment, and confidence from all. Ivy Air employees were also excellent on respecting my home. Charlie was super patient on the load up of the ap for the thermostats also. Charlie answered all of my questions and concerns, maybe even more than once. They can repair your unit and also offer a chance to purchase a maintenance checkup twice per year. This is peace of mind for senior citizens. Be proactive so you are not left in a lurch when the seasons change and your system needs replacement. The total price was even bearable so right amongst other quotes.”
