“Came out in a timely fashion, replaced the bad unit quickly. They were very professional and they serviced my other unit also while they were here. Also did it cheaper than any of the other quotes I recieved from the other 5 places I called. Thank you all pro!”

“My husband called them because we were having problems with the heater blowing cold air. A older gent came out and looked things over. After tearing the unit down, he said that the LIMIT Switch was going out and another part (I can't remember the name ), both needing to be replaced. I called my husband at work and put him on the phone with the gent so he could explain the issue. My husband gave him the go ahead to order parts and ok to come back to install them. It has been 2 weeks and we can NOT get anyone to return our call or text. We have tried both the office and the servicemans phone...WHY would they ignore a customer. Personally, I think they go out and make a easy $50 bucks on service calls, with the intent of never returning to fix the problem.... We will AVOID them and let all our family and friends know to stay clear of them.”

“My air conditioner went out on Monday and we have a home warranty through American Home shield. Once I placed the service request, it was assigned to All Pro Air in Trinity TX. I was notified by American Home Shield that All Pro would contact me within 24 hours. This was inconvenient but I was ok with it until that time had came and went. I finally got someone on the phone and they said that someone would be out there the next day.....I waited all day in 100+ temperatures for nothing. At 5 o'clock I called and was told that there was vehicle trouble and the tech couldn't make it but he would be there the next day. I called back to find out when this morning and was told between 8 and 12. So....more waiting. At 11:00, I called to check the status and the lady said that they had already been there this morning and nobody was there. This is obviously a lie because my wife and I have been here all day. One lady said that they do not have a good number for me but I have given it to them twice. Must be too incompetent to write down a number or look in the original work order for email address. I have called another a/c service and they will be earning my business. I would not recommend All Pro Air in Trinity to anyone.”
