Apart Services, Llc

Apart Services, Llc handles HVAC work for homes throughout Huntsville, Texas. The local climate brings long stretches of high heat and humidity that push air conditioning units hard every summer, often leading to compressor failures or frozen coils in systems that have not been serviced regularly. Homeowners in the area also see issues with heating equipment during occasional cold snaps, along with duct leaks that waste energy in older houses. The company concentrates on straightforward residential service calls and system upkeep rather than commercial projects or new construction.

They perform routine maintenance visits that include cleaning coils and checking refrigerant levels, along with full installations of new units when existing ones reach the end of their life. Technicians handle emergency repairs for no-cool situations and address problems like faulty thermostats or clogged drains that cause water damage inside homes. Work often involves replacing parts on brands common in the region and testing airflow after fixes to make sure the system runs evenly without short cycling. Customers in Huntsville note that the crew shows up with the right tools and parts on the truck so most jobs finish in one trip instead of requiring return visits.

Customers give high marks for the quality of the repairs that last through the hottest months, the quick arrival times when units stop working, and the clear explanations of what needs fixing before any work begins. These strengths show up across multiple jobs where the team restored cooling fast without pushing extra services. DIRT Score 4.45 from 18 reviews on Finds.
