“We had our downstairs air conditioning unit start giving us problems, of all days, a Sunday. We placed a call into Beckham and Jones. Justin was out within an hour. He did some preliminary work on Sunday and finished the job Monday. Very good service at a reasonable price. I’m very pleased with his work.”

The first one never got placed in the books - the day of the appointment we had to call to see where they were and it was never wrote down from the day before - they squeezed us in as the last appointment of the day due to this resulting in a full day of missed work. We decided to give them another opportunity- big mistake. The next one they changed our appointment time from 8-10AM to 1-4PM without notifying us. When I contacted them to see where they were is when I found out about the time change. They came highly recommended but have not lived up to their reputation for us.”
