Dustin Erwin A/C & Heating

Dustin Erwin A/C & Heating operates out of Huntsville, Texas as a full service HVAC contractor focused on air conditioning and heating systems for local homes. They address the intense summer heat and occasional winter needs common to the area by handling repairs, full installations, and routine upkeep on equipment that homeowners rely on daily. The team works with both older properties and newer builds, providing practical solutions that keep indoor temperatures stable without overcomplicating the process. Their local presence means quick familiarity with the specific challenges Texas weather creates for ductwork and condensers alike.

They send technicians such as Brian Bennett to manage larger jobs like installing two new XR16 2 speed 4 ton Trane condensers that deliver strong performance at reasonable cost. For sudden breakdowns, crews arrive within an hour to diagnose the problem, quote the repair price clearly, and finish the work often in under two hours as seen with Andres and Emanuel on replacement projects. The same approach covers heat pump service, sheet metal ductwork fixes, and maintenance plans that support systems in homes over thirty years old, with scheduling that runs efficiently from the first call through completion.

Customers rate Dustin Erwin A/C & Heating at the top level for work quality because repairs and installations hold up over time with skilled execution. Response speed earns full marks from cases where help reached homes fast and resolved issues the same day. Communication stands out as technicians explain findings and options plainly while keeping owners updated. Pricing draws consistent approval for staying fair on equipment and labor. This record of reliable HVAC service in Huntsville builds long term trust. DIRT Score 5.0 from 486 reviews on Finds.

“Had service technician at my home within an hour of my call for A/C help. Diagnosed, gave price for repair, and resolved within two hours. Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Huntsville Air for your needs!”

“Fantastic service! Brian Bennett has gone above and beyond in providing excellent equipment, excellent service and fantastic pricing! I don’t believe that Trane can be beat in terms of quality and performance and I am so happy with my two new XR16 2 speed 4 ton Trane condensers! Andres and Emanuel were the primary installers and were joined by Johnathon and one other man, they worked quickly and in less than 3 hours I was in service! Fantastic and obviously well trained, if you need HVAC call Huntsville Air Conditioning for any kind of service ( regardless of brand) and especially if you need new installations or retrofitting!”

“Huntsville Air Conditioning is very efficient from scheduling to servicing. Very knowledgeable and skilled Techians. All my experiences have been pleasurable from the start. I'm going on 3 years with this team and I happy with the service. Thank you!”

“We have used Huntsville Air Conditioning since we bought our home 13 yrs ago. Our home is 32 yrs old and “HAC” was the sub-contractor when the home was built. We have used them to service our system since moving here. Their service is impeccable and just the nicest and most helpful folks! We have installed 2 new units and could not be more pleased.”

“Hurricane Beryl destroyed both our air conditioning units. Brandon came out right away and provided a quote to replace the damaged equipment. We also obtained quotes from 2 other established companies. After meeting with Brandon we decided to go with Huntsville Air Conditioning. They were the most professional, correct installation is just as important as the brand of equipment you select. We are so glad we went with them, great communication with Brian, Brandon and the whole team. The Trane equipment is great, they repositioned the air handler to improve access. Brandon had a large crew and the install only took a day with minor finishes on the second day. I highly recommend Huntsville Air Conditioning. Get the quotes, you might pay a little more, but these Trane systems were installed perfectly, started up with no issues and will provide trouble free service for years to come.”
