“We have used Garrison for years (15+). They have installed, repaired and inspected our two units. They are not the least expensive, but they are the going to give you the best product in your budget with well trained people working for them. We have them inspect and clean our units twice a year, so we’ve seen a number of technicians over the years. Today Rudy was our technician-he was polite, friendly, upbeat and professional. We hadn’t been changing one of the filters like we should have and he gave me the politest, nicest stern warning. All of the technicians have been this way.
