George Morrison A/C & Heating

George Morrison A/C & Heating operates out of Huntsville, Texas, as a family-owned HVAC outfit that handles heating and cooling needs across the region. They bring nearly twenty years of hands-on experience dealing with the local climate swings that hit hard in summer and winter. Certified technicians focus on repair, sales, and installation work for homes and businesses, and they serve as authorized dealers for brands like Goodman, Carrier, Daikin, and American Standard. This setup lets them tackle everything from quick fixes on older units to full system replacements without overcomplicating the job for the homeowner.

Their crews handle specific tasks like installing a mini split alongside a new four-ton split system, where technicians such as Roberto, Juan, and Bryce showed up prepared and completed the work cleanly. Routine maintenance calls often involve techs like Rudy or Rudy Snow who call ahead, keep the workspace neat, and carefully move equipment like ladders into attics to clean coils and check components. Other jobs see someone like Ethan arrive to diagnose issues on the spot, explain the fix in plain terms, and complete the repair without delays, whether it is a first-time service or ongoing support after eight years with the same crew.

Homeowners keep coming back because the work quality stays top notch with no shortcuts on the actual repairs or installs. Response speed earns solid marks when crews show up on time and handle calls efficiently, while pricing comes across as fair for the scope of work done. Communication stands out as clear and direct, with techs answering questions fully and keeping customers informed throughout each visit. DIRT Score 5.0 from 684 reviews on Finds.

“I had a mini split and a new 4 ton split HVAC installed. I have used Garrison and Garrison before and decided to use them again after researching several companies. Their pricing was fair and their service was amazing! Roberto, Juan, and Bryce were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked as a team and had the 2 new units installed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Garrison and Garrison!”

“I scheduled an HVAC maintenance with Garrison & Garrison for the first time. Rudy, the technician, called me ahead of his arrival which I appreciated. He was very profession and took care to be clean and also careful as he brought a ladder in the house to get to the attic. He cleaned the outside unit and cleaned out the algae. I was very pleased with work and the demeanor and professionalism. I will be calling Garrison & Garrison for my next maintenance call and I will ask for Rudy by name.”

“We had our unit serviced for the first time to start routine maintenance before it warms up. We decided to use them based on their high ratings, and we were impressed! Rudy Snow was our technician, and he did a great job; he was professional, respectful, and kind! We'll definitely continue using them!”

“We have chosen Garrison & Garrison for the past 8 years and once again, they did not disappoint. Ethan was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in fine detail, found the problem, had the solution and repaired our unit promptly. Great business with great technicians. Thank you so much!”

“We have used Garrison for years (15+). They have installed, repaired and inspected our two units. They are not the least expensive, but they are the going to give you the best product in your budget with well trained people working for them. We have them inspect and clean our units twice a year, so we’ve seen a number of technicians over the years. Today Rudy was our technician-he was polite, friendly, upbeat and professional. We hadn’t been changing one of the filters like we should have and he gave me the politest, nicest stern warning. All of the technicians have been this way. They can also speak to those of us that know nothing about HVAC in a way that we can understand. I highly recommend Garrison & Garrison.”
