“We had an outstanding experience with McWilliams Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Their technician, Noah, serviced our tankless hot water heater and was absolutely top-notch. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Noah took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. It’s not often you find this level of customer service and technical expertise. Our system is running better than ever, and we feel confident everything was done right. Highly recommend McWilliams—and definitely ask for Noah if you can.”

“Only because I have to give a 1. This company is a total rip off. I called because I needed a kitchen faucet installed. I asked for a price and was told that they would assess the price when they came out. Trip fee of $80 would be waived if services were done. Was told of a maintenance contract of $12.99 a month. Said I would think about that. Technician arrived and talked about maintenance contract first. I said that sounded ok. He punched a few things on his computer and said the install of the faucet would be $458. I almost fainted. I declined his services and asked him to leave. Next I got 2 invoices for the faucet and contract and 1 invoice for $80. I called the office. I told them that this was outrageous and an extremely high price. The manager is supposed to review my complaint but all I got was another $80 bill. Guess this is the way they make money. The glowing reviews are in the website but not one negative one. Are they real?? Hope mine will make it there to save someone because it looks like I’m out $80 for nothing. This is just ridiculous and a sorry way to run a business. I did get a call from the manager this week and he refunded my $80. I thanked him.”

“This has been the worst plumbing service of my 78 years. I was asked by the service man to give him a 5 star rating, which he guided me through the process. Then he leaves. I find a huge water and gunk mess under my sink from opening up the ptrap to remove a clog. He said in beginning I may need a new disposal but I told him it is new! Then a neighbor that was at our house said it is probably a clog at the screen in ptrap and quite easy to clear. Who was it he plumber??? He was also paid to flush out the hot water heater. At 10:30 last night I proceeded to to take my bath and the entire tub was filled up with chocolate brown water. Also the kitchen sink was only blowing out air when on hot water. So there I am at 11:00 pm cleaning my tub of LOTS of grunge. I am just too old for this. That is why I hired a professional to take care of these things. I took pictures of everything and texted them to you. Also, he didn’t move the wool rug in front of sink when all the water starting coming out of pipes he removed! My good rug is soaked and wool rugs are not washable!!!! I want all of my money back!!!!”

Josh came out for the inspection and took the time to sit down and explain everything (in depth) that needed to be repaired. Josh did the repairs/installation quickly and had everything working properly in no time! 1000% would recommend McWilliams!”
