Joseph, our technician, showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix our problem. We will definitely use Lonestar for all of our HVAC needs in the future! “I've never used Lone Star A/C services before but SO glad I called them. They were able to work me in to their busy schedule to repair my A/C unit. Justin was the service technician that came to my rescue. He is VERY professional and knows his business well. He is very friendly and has excellent customer interface. After a few quick diagnostics checks he was able to get my A/C unit up and running in short order. He also performed some additional maintenance/cleaning on both of my units, and I should be good to go for the rest of the summer. He left with both units running smoother than before. And to top it all off the cost was VERY reasonable. I do not feel that he recommended anything or tried pushing me in to spending more money other than what was actually needed to repair my A/C unit. “AC not cooling down like it’s supposed to. I called Lone Star and they had a technician come out within a couple hours to evaluate my problem. Very professional and knowledgeable with all the questions I had and Within an hour he found the issue and ordered the part for pick up the next morning. The part came in, the parts house was closed for the holiday weekend but they came up and gave him the part. He arrived and within 1.5 hours has my AC running and cooling down like it’s meant to do! Thank you, I will be using you for all my AC & heating needs moving forward! Very reasonable on pricing. No up sales like the big corporates. Just find out what’s wrong and getting it fixed.”
