“I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the initial consultation to the installation of my new AC unit, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and left everything clean when the job was finished.”

“ORIGINAL POST: My parents used Wolf Creek for their home in Cape Royale for over 20 years and were always satisfied with the company. However, after the owner retired and his son took over, the quality of service declined significantly year over year. They were encouraged in 2022 by Wolf Creek to buy two new units due to EPA regulations. Several items were installed incorrectly, and the overall level of workmanship and customer service was not what they had experienced in the past. They are just finding this out now after having multiple issues and getting a 2nd opinion. If you choose to use this company, I strongly recommend inspecting all work carefully and considering a second opinion, especially if you have been a longtime customer working with them. In my parents' experience, the current management did not honor the trust and longstanding relationship they had built with Wolf Creek over many years. This is not the same company in terms of service, quality, or cost since the ownership transition. UPDATE 6/10/26: Our parents did contact Wolf Creek and requested that the issue be remediated. Wolf Creek came out and performed what they represented as a repair in September 2025. My parents paid for this repair on equipment that was only three years old at the time. My father also spoke with the current owner and expressed concerns regarding the declining quality of service and workmanship. As a result of those concerns, my parents decided to obtain a second opinion during their annual system inspection in 2026. That inspection, completed in June 2026, revealed that the unit had never been installed properly. It was also determined that the September 2025 repair was merely a temporary patch rather than a proper corrective solution. Furthermore, Wolf Creek never informed my parents of the installation deficiencies that were present in September 2025. As a result, my parents are now being forced to incur additional expenses to have the system properly repaired and installed. We will be reaching out to Mr. Coburn shortly with photographs and detailed documentation of the issues that have been identified.”

“I was put on the schedule promptly without a much delay between scheduling and install. There was a miscommunication for where to put the disconnect, but was cleared up after installation of mini split. Make certain you get the service (whatever type it may be) clearly defined and DOCUMENTED. I was initially invoiced double the verbally quoted price. Install was sufficient and decent communication. But I wouldn't do business unless you get a written quote before install.”

I called their main line Monday afternoon seeking a quote for periodic maintenance service on my HVAC system. I was informed by the lady who picked up that “he”, presumably the owner, was already out for the day, despite them advertising 24/7 operating hours. She then stated that she could give me a ballpark price then and there or have him reach out to me the next morning, with a potential in-person visit to learn more about the system and produce an accurate quote. Having been promised a call and a potential visit the next morning, I blocked out half of my day and patiently waited for the call that would never occur. I called back the next afternoon to follow up on my quote request just to the receive the response of “He’s busy.” Having already reached a strong level of disappointment due to my time being wasted, I later received another call from them letting me know they no longer offer maintenance services. I pointed out that is not what their website’s services page currently reflects and that is when our line of communication ended.”
