“Fantastic customer service!! We placed an order for a board and motor the computer system showed that they had the motor in stock and it would be ready Monday. Two guys looked for it and couldn’t find the motor. So they pulled one from another store and had it to my office same day. Listen I own a business. Things happen. But this level of customer service is outstanding. We will be using them more.”

“Be extra careful shopping here. Todd and Pedro sold us an extremely damaged evaporator coil and did not honor it. This is the only place I’ve heard of that you have to sign a “not damaged” form. Hmmm, wonder why… Pedro saw the same thing my technician saw (based on the video footage) and didn’t say a word. I won’t ever come here again. This place is terrible. We got told “they all come in damaged” and pretty much got told to F off. Had to spend money on top of what I already spent for this damaged coil to get my customer a coil that was not damaged.”
