“Josh is incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The part that impressed me the most was how he treated my dad who has dementia. He was so eager to help and Josh graciously assigned him menial tasks like shutting the water off amd on, flushing the lines, holding the flashlight... my dad was so proud he helped with the new water heater. That kind of compassion and patience is worth recognizing. You have a treasure in Josh, y'all.”

“We had an excellent experience beginning with a late-night call due to clogged toilets throughout the house while we had out of town guests. Chris was dispatched within an hour and immediately fixed the issue for the evening. The new day CJ came back out and diagnosed the problem and showed us live footage on their state of the art cameras. The next day a crew had excavated and a team of two technicians, Hunter and Aubrey replaced the pipes which had been completely filled with debris from 30 years of weeds and soil. Hunter took exceptional care to show us where the damage was and how the new implementation would prevent this from reoccurring again and also installed a special outdoor back flow so that any future backup would flow OUTSIDE and not throughout the house as it had.
