Reyna, Manuel
HVAC Contractor · Irving, TX
About
Manuel Reyna handles HVAC work for homeowners across McAllen, Texas. The area sits in the Rio Grande Valley where summers run long and hot, often pushing past one hundred degrees with heavy humidity that forces air conditioners to run nonstop. Local houses depend on central systems and window units that battle dust from nearby fields along with constant moisture that clogs coils and drains. Reyna shows up for these conditions day after day, focusing on the repairs and upkeep that keep indoor spaces livable when the heat outside refuses to let up.
He performs full system installations, emergency repairs on compressors and fans, duct cleaning, and seasonal tune-ups that catch small problems before they shut down cooling on the hottest afternoons. Technicians check refrigerant levels, replace worn belts, and clear condensate lines that back up from the valley humidity. Jobs often involve attic work where temperatures stay brutal even after dark, plus quick responses when a unit quits during a family gathering or at night when relief is needed most. Homeowners count on this steady approach to restore airflow and lower energy bills that spike from nonstop running.
Customers note fast arrival times when units fail in peak heat, solid fixes that hold through the season, and clear explanations of what went wrong without extra charges. The consistent feedback highlights reliable scheduling, honest pricing on parts, and follow-through on callbacks that keeps systems operating. DIRT Score 4.52 from 185 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I can’t express how grateful I am for Joseph Reina and his team. They stepped in and took my husband’s case when we had nowhere else to turn. From the very beginning, they took the time to answer all of our questions and kept consistent communication with me throughout every step of the process, making sure I understood my husband’s options at each stage. Mr. Reina went above and beyond in every way and provided invaluable support during one of the most difficult times for our family. He treats his clients with genuine care and respect, and that is reflected not only personally but also in the professionalism he brings to his work. If you are looking for knowledgeable immigration guidance or need strong legal representation for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend Joseph Reina and his team to take care of you.”
“I am very grateful for the service received during my process!! Our legal assistant, Diana is very prompt to respond to emails/calls. Attorney Jonathan was also very helpful with explaining and providing information step by step.”
“The law firm itself is great, but I found the front desk staff to be quite rude. It often feels like we’re bothering them, and they don’t seem willing to help. Their communication is poor, and they sometimes have an attitude. For example, when I had a question, they said they would call me back, but I had to follow up myself to find out if it would be today or next week. This lack of communication is frustrating. I feel that if the front desk had friendlier staff, the overall experience would be much better.”
“I’ve been trying to get in connects with Brian Bates who was handling my case and this is the firm I paid to handle it. Through my own research I’ve found the Reina & ‘Bates’ has now become Reina & ‘Associates’. What on earth is going on, why are there no transparent answers. Unfortunately, Brian is no where to be found and the firm has not helped me direct my case accordingly. Absolutely feeling scammed here.”
“Our legal assistant Diana Arellano was great! She was very helpful and was prompt to return our calls. When we had any questions that she couldn’t answer she would contact our immigration attorney to have these answered. Our process took very long but it was worth it and they provided us with all the documents to make sure our process ran smoothly. Before we went to our appointment Diana informed us well and guided us step by step and our immigration attorney reached out to make sure everything was going well while we were in Juarez. I know there were things that took longer than expected and there were for sure hurdles along the way but overall it was a good experience.”
