“Their chargers are good but the parts department would not help me with a circuit board on my SC1309. He told me to just check the web. So without the board the charger is junk. Thanks Schumacher for nothing”

“Would not suggest. Got the product as a gift it's an air compressor and a battery charger and one first time me ever using the air compressor the button on it breaks. And of course without the receipt I can't warranty the product but otherwise the battery itself works fine”

“**EDIT 3-28-25** I received the replacement (same model) and will try it out tomorrow. Schumacher has made good on their warranty. If the Jump Box does work better I will change the star rating to 5... if not I will leave it at 4 stars. **EDIT 3-21-25** after several emails back and forth from 4 different people and some conflicting information, I called today and finally was able to get things straight. A gentleman who goes by "B" was able to narrow down the return order #, and return process for the defective item. I want to thank Schumacher for standing behind their product warranty. (Original post) I oun 5 battery maintainers, 1 of which is 8 years old. All work great... so I purchased a Schumacher Pro battery jump model # SPR1630 and found it is a far cry from good. I just picked this up at Menards and the air valve that attaches to the tire valve stem leaks no matter how fast you screw it on or off... ALSO the air pressure gauge is way off. I would say by a least 10 pounds. I expected more from this product since I have great service from your other products. Shame on you as I now read reviews are about the hose cracking and breaking off. Since its not even 2 months old and still under warranty, it should be repaired or replaced.”
