About

Vna Services operates out of Fort Worth, Texas and centers its work on HVAC systems for homes across the city. Fort Worth ranks among the larger cities in Texas and deals with hot summers, sudden winter cold fronts, and wide temperature swings that push air conditioning and heating equipment hard. Homeowners here rely on steady performance from their units to handle the local climate without constant breakdowns. The company responds to those demands by addressing cooling and heating needs that come up in older houses and newer builds alike throughout the area.

Technicians such as Caleb handle urgent AC repair calls while others like Tay and Joanne focus on furnace maintenance and air handler adjustments during transitions from one season to the next. Reviews note cases where the crew arrived at odd hours to sort out ductless mini split problems or indoor air quality fixes after hospital stays or family emergencies. One account described how a technician named Vera set a solid plan only for another staff member named Sandy to change it on site, and another praised Jennifer Marcum for moving fast on equipment setup. These jobs often involve smart thermostat installs and heat pump checks that keep systems running through unpredictable weather.

Customers repeatedly mention fast arrival times and clear explanations on repair costs as strong points, yet the low overall marks point to inconsistent communication and occasional overrides of prior agreements that hurt trust. Quality of the actual fixes draws mixed comments while price feedback stays average across the jobs described. Speed stands out in several accounts but does not lift the total enough to overcome the weaker reviews. DIRT Score 2.46 from 14 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

This organization is absolutely amazing! After my mother in law entered hospice care, VNA was available to us any time we needed them. Morning, noon, weekends or nights. Everyone we encountered was patient, kind, caring and compassionate. My mother in laws final days were very peaceful and lovely. A HUGE shout out to Aubrey, our nurse, who stayed as long as we needed her to, answered questions, showed compassion and who was just amazing overall! VNA helped us during a time when we would have otherwise been lost and were clueless about which direction to turn! They were truly a Godsend!

VNA was there when we needed it most. It was a bumpy transition home from the hospital, but once we met our nurse Caleb, we knew we were in great hands. He, our chaplain Tay, and our social worker Joanne offered an unhurried, peaceful, and knowledgeable presence. Each of them spent extended time with us to answer questions and offer support; it felt like we were the only family on their caseload. The on call response was quick and when our loved one passed, the responding nurse Solomon was compassionate and calm. While no one wants to be in need for hospice, VNA offered everything my family needed to be able to spend our final time with our loved one without worry.

Stay away from Sandy with VNA at Baylor hospital. Her unilateral decision that overrode the hospice plans previously discussed with the weekend VNA contact, Vera, who had been working with our family. Vera was compassionate and helpful, and most of the family had aligned on a plan through her. Sandy did not contact Vera before moving forward. Her decision led to my mother being financially exploited after her death in addition to me and another sibling being banned from seeing our mother the last week she was alive. Thank you, Sandy, I will never have closure on the death of my mother now.

This organization has been a God send!! From the first phone call, they were on top of everything we needed for placing my mother into hospice. The speed at which they ensured we got everything we needed was like nothing I have ever seen! Jennifer Marcum is absolutely 💯!! I literally can't thank everyone enough for the kindness and support that has been shown to my family!!

My father entered in home hospice care with VNA after a terminal cancer diagnosis and the intense battle that goes along with it. I will say that our assigned nurse Emily Bass was amazing she took care of my father and mother, while it’s not easy going down this dreaded road she made it a bit less bumpy and I’m so appreciative of the exceptional care my father received before he left us this past February. The entire care team was compassionate and worked to the upmost of their abilities including the nurses aid, Mrs T that came everyday weekday and the final nurse that came to call his death. Thank you so much for what you all do
