M and M Heating and Air

M and M Heating and Air operates out of Jacksonville, TX as an HVAC outfit that handles heating and cooling needs for local homes. They run 24/7 emergency service to deal with breakdowns at any hour and focus on using quality parts along with technicians who know their way around units. The company backs installs with warranties and handles everything from basic repairs to full setups while keeping families warm in winter and cool through the long Texas summers. Homeowners in the area count on them for straightforward fixes that get systems running again without extra headaches.

They perform HVAC installation work, set up mini split systems, repair heating units and AC units, take on new home contracting jobs, and provide round the clock emergency HVAC repair when something quits in the middle of the night. In Jacksonville the heat and humidity put heavy demands on equipment so these crews often replace worn compressors, recharge low systems, or swap out old furnaces before cold weather hits. Techs show up with the right tools to diagnose issues on the spot and get parts installed the same day when possible so houses do not stay uncomfortable for long.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crew shows up fast, does work that holds up over time, charges reasonable rates without surprise add ons, and explains what needs fixing in plain terms. That steady record across hundreds of jobs adds up to strong feedback on how they handle real problems in local houses. DIRT Score 4.77 from 217 reviews on Finds.

“I can’t say enough good things about M and M Heating & Air. We are in the process of selling our house, so timing was critical and Chris responded quickly and went out of his way to help. We were actually out of town and Chris really stepped in and made a stressful situation much easier by coordinating directly with our realtor, he went the extra mile to make sure we didn't have to worry. He provided excellent service and made sure our issue was fully resolved. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out. One of the best service experiences we've had - I highly recommend M and M Heating & Air.”

“My air wasn't cooling properly, so I called to set up an appointment. They were out less than 2 hours later! We thought it was fixed, but a couple hours later I noticed the temp was going back up. I called and they were back getting things figured out! They were super friendly and explained everything to me! I will definitely be using them for all my heat and air needs!”

“Chris and helpers performed my annual spring check up. Air conditioning runs great. They will be back in the fall to make sure my heating is safe. I have been using M&M heating an air for 25+ years. They are always Professional, friendly, and courteous. I know if I have issues with the heat and air they will be Here . . I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my heat and air issues.”

“Chance is the man, same-day service. This guy had everything I needed in his van. He even showed up early, but not before calling ahead and asking. I really appreciate M&M being right on time.”

“AC went out on us last Saturday evening. Made an appointment for Wednesday morning. They arrived early and went right to work. Had the problem identified quickly and did the repairs in short order. Very professional and knowledgeable. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommended. Five stars all around.”

“I usually don't do reviews, but just have too thank M & M Heating & Air for coming out so fast and maintenance my unit Friday I was up & running in about 30 minutes. My home was on 82, being a heart patient, I was worried , I had already taken 1 nitro, debating to go stay w/ family, than James from M&M called to check if unit was cooling down, I told him it was, I have a small unit, 33 years old, always maintenance by M & M, James said he was on call, so I knew I could quit worrying & stay home. Thanks M&M family owned & operated out of Jacksonville.5*”

“I’ve been using M & M for years. Chris and his Dad are great. They arrived when they say they are and are true to their word. They work at a fair price which is hard to find nowadays. If your looking for a heating and air company whose fair and reliable this is your company”

“Chris got our AC back up and running, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He showed up right when he said he would, was respectful, and explained everything in a straightforward way. Turns out we had a pretty shoddy wiring job done on the system, and the blower wasn’t even getting the proper power to run at full capacity. Chris caught it quickly, explained what was going on, and had things running better than before in no time. Instead of trying to upsell us on a full system replacement, he understood how costly that can be and focused on what was actually best for us, both from a repair and financial standpoint. Knowing full well that a replacement will likely be needed in the near future, we’ll definitely be keeping M&M in our contacts for anything HVAC-related. Highly recomme”

“Chris and the crew at M&M Heating and Air never disappoint!!! Any issues we have ever had, have been handled both promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend them for any heat and air issues!!!”

“Chris was great. I’m sure the younger guys he was training will be just as good. They were always respectful and very professional. Very informative of what the issues were and provided great service.”
