“A1 will continue to be our first call. Our AC unit was broken down on a Friday afternoon. They made it out the same day, fixed the issue and the tech was professional and kind. Thank you!!”

“I don't know what I'd do without A1. I'm a second generation customer and I've known this company most of my life. They have never let us down. Everyone at A1 is friendly and helpful. Their rates are fair and reasonable and they genuinely care about getting the right solutions accomplished for their customers. “Dishwasher needed repair, was under warranty, whirlpool made appointment for tech to come out that evening or next morning, 2 days later I called because no tech ever called or showed, lady was very rude and said they would never schedule something like that, then asked if I purchased from them and I said no from Lowe's, she came back on on the phone after saying she needed to contact tech because I was on the list for repair that day(which tells me they did accept the warranty repair) and said we can not get to you for 3 or 4 weeks. If you can not make an appointment have enough courtesy to call the customer waiting all day for you to show. I did get my dishwasher repaired by some other repair company which didn't leave me waiting or lie to me.”

“Called out technician for repair said needed new unit. No problem scheduled for next day said they called and received no response. They moved on to next job completely understand. Tracy at the office extremely rude after couple experiences with Tracy decide someone else prolly needs money more. They lost out on 6500 y'all should really talk to her. We are from Houston thought a country town like Jasper would have had better manners and hospitality.”

“I operate a store here in Jasper and have had them come out twice to check out my a/c for my store. First time the service man told me I needed 4new units and would get back to me with a quote. First of all I never heard back from them and second I have another service company check it and the problem wasn't with my a/c units but was with the Jasper power company. Transformer was bad at the service pole. I again tried to use them a couple of weeks ago and they told me my compressor was bad and they would get back to me with a quote and 2 weeks later I got a phone call from them to give me a quote. Mean time I had another service company come by and check my unit out because I needed immediate fix. Come to find out I had 2 blown fuses. I rather use local businesses for my store and home, but have had bad luck with customer service and also seems like they want to replace things I don't need.”
