Isaac our tech was extremely knowledgeable and experienced on how to maintain and care for air unit. Isaac went above and beyond in explaining what he found wrong with unit and proceeded to check and work on inside and outside units. The techs from previous company I used never provided half of the great service provided by Isaac. Bonus is working with a small business company AND a woman owned business who knows alot about how to provide great service at a fair price. “I normally do not rate companies for Google or Facebook. Reason is that most companies are good or average , not bad. However I just feel that when an air conditioner company goes beyond what is expected. I feel San Antonio needs to know. First of all is their attitude. Great! The employees wear plastic covers on their shoes, not to mess up your floors. Second they do their best to repair your old unit not just sell you a new. Third is the fast service. “Fabian came over 30 minutes after we called about the problem we were having with our AC unit. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken part. We then asked if he could go ahead and perform routine maintenance on our units. Fabian accommodated our request and conducted a very thorough cleaning of our system.
