“Incredible Service – Saved the Weekend! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bruce Mechanical. On a Friday night at 8:30 PM, our house was well over 92°F. I left a voicemail, and Jennifer called me back within just five minutes. She was incredibly kind, polite, and reassuring, promising that a technician would be out first thing Saturday morning. The next morning, Blake called to let me know a prior job wrapped up early and he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes, shook my hand, and respectfully took off his shoes before entering. Blake was professional, polite, and explained the issue perfectly and simply. He quickly diagnosed the problem—and had it fixed within 10 minutes of walking through the door. Jennifer and Blake completely turned a stressful situation around and took amazing care of my family.
