What Customers Say

Came out same day when our AC stopped working. We needed a whole new outdoor and attic unit unfortunately, but they were able to come out the next morning to install. The price of both units was very affordable compared to other companies. The guys installing were quick and knew what they were doing and were very nice. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs quick affordable AC service.

I needed help with a mini-split system, and they were able to come out the same day. Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and the cost was less than half of another quote I received. It's never fun spending money on AC repairs, but it was refreshing (pun intended) to work with a company that takes the extra time to make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for all my future HVAC needs.

My central air system was making a loud humming noise and its the first time. The technician, Charlie, diagnosed the problem instantly and had the replacement part in his utility truck. Now I got this business on speed dial. Great customer service!!

My 78 year old mothers heater went out during the winter weather we just had. Cool Climate was there in a flash and took care of getting her system up and running. Leo and Carl went above and beyond. My mom told Leo she could not get her truck out of the garage because of the ice and before Leo left he cleared the ice from her driveway. My mom was floored by the customer service and happy with her new system. Would highly recommend Cool Climate to anyone that needs HVAC work done. Thanks for the great work!!

Get a second opinion!! I called Cool Climate because our heat stopped working. Carl said he would be here in 30 minutes, on a Sunday! Great! After checking our inside unit, Carl said the zone board went out and it would be $1900 (WOW). I know HVAC problems can be pricey but was not expecting that. I talked with a trained technician who lives in my neighborhood told him my issues. He agreed that was pricey for the zone board. So I called another company. Once he came out, he stated the zone board is actually not the problem, it’s the wiring!! So not only did Carl misdiagnose the issues, also price gouge!!! The board itself online is no more than $300. He must have some very very high labor charges. BEWARE. You at least got $175 out of me for the call
