“Grace Industries is doing a town project. Mike and Byron were life savers! They ensured that my house was done timely and that my house functioned properly afterwards. They were kind, communicative, and considerate. Their team appeared to work as a well-oiled machine. The project isn't fully complete yet as the driveway/walkway needs repair and to backfill the cesspool, but that's scheduled in the future and I can update this post then.”

“Grace Industries came to do work at my house and they did not have the decency to ask to move my cars out of their way. They squeezed through my yard between the fence and my car with their TRACTOR piled with about ten boards onto my property. Then had nerve to get dirt on top of my car the roof, hood, and driver side. I told their manager Mike about it he said that they’re professionals and that’s why they squeezed through. I told Mike that the PROPER way was for the “professional workers” to give courtesy and ask me to move my car. Then the workers were supposed to come back told me they’d be at my house at 8am. (Gave me decent notice) I made sure to move cars before they said they’d arrive at 8am. It’s now 10am I called asked Mike if they were still coming. He told me that they are not going to give me “VIP advance appointment notice” and he said they’ll be there. All I wanted to confirm from Mike was if workers were still coming since they were already about 2 hours late. He was rude and starts yelling at me saying he doesn’t know when they would come. Total “JOKE of an Industry” get it together and show respect to people and their property! I look forward to my car wash reimbursement from the dirt they got on my car! Thanks!!”

“Company came on my property for second time to do sewer installation on both occassions they destroyed my sprinkler system and refusing to fix it. I have videos of my sprinklers working before they came on our property”

“Driver of truck 2024 almost killed us on the road today. 6/20/16 at 6:15 pm. Business should keep this dangerous driver out of their vehicles. Oh and he started cursing at us for slowing down at train tracks with construction immediately after it. Don't drive dangerously when driving a vehicle with the business you work for on it.”
