“I can't say enough about Hage Energy. Our AC went out in the middle of a Houston summer, and the first company we called told us it would take 10 days for the replacement part to arrive. I called Hage Energy after hours hoping to get a second opinoin, and the owner picked up. He walked me through a few questions and had me send some pictures and knew exactly what the issue was. He had the part within 48 hours. The total cost of the repair came in $500 less than the competing quote. The technician who came out to do the repair (Jeremy) was awesome. Hage Energy is the kind of local HVAC company that's hard to find: competent, honest, and genuinely invested in the customer. I won't call anyone else.”

After dealing with a lot of uncertainty and mixed messages from other companies, Raj came out and gave us one of the most thorough, honest, and reassuring service experiences we’ve had in a long time. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable about Trane variable-speed systems and was able to explain everything in a way that actually made sense without being alarmist or pushy. He took the time to carefully review system history, check non-critical codes, explain what they meant, reset the diagnostic baseline appropriately after recent electrical work, and walk us through what was truly worth monitoring versus what was not a real concern. What stood out most was his professionalism, experience, and ability to communicate. He did not try to upsell us or scare us into unnecessary repairs. Instead, he gave us a realistic plan, explained the best-case / middle-case / worst-case scenarios honestly, and made it clear that the goal is to keep the system operating correctly long-term rather than constantly chasing problems. He also took time to educate us on proper homeowner maintenance, including how to safely rinse the outdoor condenser coil without damaging the fins, and he explained why certain settings (like humidity targets and airflow) can affect system behavior. That kind of teaching mindset is rare and very appreciated. I also really appreciate that HAGE offers different membership/service plan options depending on your needs, which makes it easier to stay proactive with maintenance and service rather than only calling when something is wrong. That kind of structure gives a lot of peace of mind as a homeowner. It’s honestly a great value. Most importantly, Raj made us feel like we were in competent hands.
