Elite Climate Control Heat and Air, LLC

Elite Climate Control Heat and Air runs HVAC work out of Jonesboro and covers the rest of Northeast Arkansas. They handle the full range of heating and cooling needs for homes and businesses in the area, from basic repairs to full system installs. The crew focuses on keeping units running through the long hot summers and occasional cold snaps that hit this part of the state. Homeowners around Jonesboro know the value of having a local team that shows up when the equipment quits right before a heat wave or during a winter freeze.

Their jobs include putting in new air conditioners, fixing broken compressors and thermostats, setting up heat pumps, and handling heater replacements when the old ones give out. They also offer maintenance agreements that keep commercial buildings and houses running without surprise breakdowns. In Jonesboro the work often means dealing with high humidity that strains coils and drains, plus dust from nearby fields that clogs filters fast. Techs make regular calls to clean systems, recharge refrigerant, and replace parts before small issues turn into big ones that leave people without cool air.

Customers in this region count on quick response times when the AC dies in July or the heat goes out in January, and they notice when the price stays reasonable without extra markups. Consistent quality shows up in how the work holds up through the seasons instead of needing repeat visits. Fair communication about what needs fixing and how long it will take adds to the steady results. DIRT Score 4.51 from 218 reviews on Finds.

“We called Elite Climate Control Heat and Air to come and look at why our air suddenly wasn’t working in our bedroom and living room. This is the third summer the air has been fine in this house. They cane and looked at the air, they basically tell us our duct system is not large enough and we need a whole new duct system. My husband and I thought that was very weird considering the air has never had a problem until recently. They quoted us $3600. Keep in mind the MAJORITY of my house the air runs fine in. I said okay and we contacted another business for a second opinion. They came out and said all we needed was a hole cut in our insulation that was missed during building and it should flow through. Literally A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND MUCH CHEAPER ISSUE. They go and cut it and it’s immedi”

“I am so disappointed to be making this post as I read the previous reviews and read how wonderful this company was. However, that was not the case for my husband and I. I contacted them when I was about 5 months pregnant about our AC not working, they were prompt and came to see what was wrong and informed us that sadly we needed a new system. 10k later and a WRITTEN contract of 10 years of warranty and service, they were on their way. Not long after, the humidity in our home was reaching 85-90%, I call them and they say they'll be out next day. A week passes, nothing. I call them close to 5x with no answer but instead texts - this is how they communicated with me until I terminated their services today. They refused to call me again or answer my calls. They were rude, complete smart-alecs”

“Lightning strike hit my house and took out the HVAC fan motor, Control Board, and other appliances. Mike installed the unit for me and was at my house within two hours. As he repaired & replaced one thing, the next would be bad. He came every day for 4 days (even Saturday & Sunday) until he got it all working again. Great guys..”

“We have been using Elite for years on our rental properties and personal house. They have done everything for us from complete system installation to emergency services. They are completely honest with me and I never doubt what he is telling me. He does exactly what he says he will do and has never let me down. Nobody is perfect, but I promise he is trying his best to fix your issue and make you happy. I would give more stars if possible!”

“Fast and efficient service! They came within an hour of being called and fixed our AC issues. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Elite Climate Control Heat & Air LLC! My sister’s AC went out today, and after calling several local companies with no luck, he was the only one who actually answered. Within just a few hours, he was at the house and had the problem fixed, saving my family from having to rent a hotel for the night. He was not only timely and professional, but also incredibly friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. We will absolutely be using him for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on. Highly recommend!”

“Whoever drives the pickup with an enclosed trailer needs to learn how to freaking drive!!! School zones apply to your company, too! You came FLYING through during kid’s pick up(3:15 pm). Also tried to call MULTIPLE times this afternoon to discuss the matter further but obviously answering the phone isn’t something y’all are good at, either.”

“Great communication, quick maintenance response, with completely transparent pricing.”
