“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend 4C A/C & Heating! We first called them to our auto body shop after two other A/C companies failed to fix the problem. They kept putting a bandage on it instead of finding the actual issue. **Jack**, the service technician, quickly diagnosed that the evaporator coil needed to be cleaned, fixed it correctly, and didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need or inflate the invoice. He had us back up and running in just a few hours. After that experience, we had Jack come to our home. We'd been dealing with humidity issues for over a year after installing a smart thermostat recommended by our electric provider. Jack found that the thermostat was actually causing the problem. He repaired the damage the excess humidity had caused to our A/C system, recommended a better thermostat, and even came back and installed it for us at no charge. It's hard to find honest companies these days, but 4C A/C & Heating earned our trust. Jack was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything without ever trying to upsell us. It's refreshing to work with a company that focuses on fixing the actual problem instead of selling unnecessary repairs. The fact that they're a local company is just the icing on the cake. “Can not say anything but good things about this company. I initially did two small maintenance jobs on mini splits where Jack and another team member came out to do the job. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual, which is hard to find in this line of work. After having such a good experience with them I decided to go with this company to do a full two unit AC replacement. Similar to the experience I had on the small jobs, I had a great experience on this large one. A team of four came to the house promptly at 7:30am led by Bryan to start the de install of the prior units. They stayed well into the evening until the job was done and came out the next day at 9am to do a final inspection of the work. Upon arrival I let them know about one of the units not coming in earlier in the morning, they promptly figured out what the issue was and addressed it. Truly appreciative of the work and the team.”

“Charged me for my repair, then ghosted. I called last week for an update and was told that the owner was working on something related to my repair and that I would get a call back either that day or the next morning. I never heard back. I called again today and still no progress. I have been told repeatedly that the company is just too busy and that's why I haven't been communicated with properly. I don't think it is right to take payment and then say that you are too busy to communicate or complete the repair.”

“Everyone at 4C AC was absolutely wonderful! Jack came out, gave us a thorough inspection & showed us everything that had issues & what was not an issue that other company had told us was wrong. He explained all that we would need to fix our issues & only what would need to be done. The pricing was very reasonable & much cheaper than prior quote from different company. They came the next morning (Chris, Greg & Brian), & they were professional & worked as a team to get all of our work done on time. The work they did was exectional & now our entire system is working perfect & completely clean.
