“The air conditioning services with Roman air were excellent; the technician, Joel, was very professional, explaining to me step by step the service that he provided. I was 100% satisfied, excellent job”

“Rome serviced my AC on 2 different occasions. He was nice and timely but unfortunately he was unable to get my system cooling effectively the first two times, which was okay. I attempted to schedule him to come out a third time to problem solve and get my system cooling but he no showed in me twice. He then called aback a few weeks later saying he had been out of town and would be out on Monday, he did not show up, reached out again and he no showed again. Keep in min I paid him good money both times he came out prior and my system is not cooling any better. I had another AC guy come out and when Rome was here he failed to close the door of my attic unit and left the filter on the floor of my attic. Rome said he would pay for that service call but never did. I have tried to give him a chance but he has failed. I see where his ratings have been good in the past but believe me, this company has fallen off for what ever reason. Please stay away”

“Edited - Marcelis arrived on time on a Friday, did his inspection and found no problems with my system. I never received an answer as to why my AC never ever turned off. After he said freon level was ok and recommended maintenance service next year I resigned myself to large bills and turning the AC off through the circuit breaker. On Saturday night the house was now hot so I planned on calling Monday morning first thing because apparently my freon was affected (it was cold before). Then Monday around 1:00am the house started smelling sickly sweet so I turned off the AC through the furnace as the thermostat wouldn't turn it off. I was unsure whether to call Roman Cavalry back as they didn't really help first time but I'd already paid (so that was a waste of $$). In the end I decided to go with someone else's recommendation for another company. 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁 - Mark, the mgr with Roman Cavalry, followed up on this review to find out how they could correct situation and leave me with a better opinion of their company. Told him other company already working on it. He requested honest feedback on their services and promised to offer constructive guidelines to employees in handling any questionable issues. His willingness to make me happy led to him offering a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 (which 𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱). If I were looking for a manager, I would definitely consider him a top candidate. Roman Cavalry is lucky to have him. I rely on other people's reviews so based on Mark's commitment to customer service I will recommend you try their services.”

“Had an issue with our AC unit not cooling. Called Roman Cavalry and they came within that hour. The issue was fixed right away. They were very respectful, kind and patient with three kiddos in the house. They went over and beyond and even went into attic to double check everything. The price was reasonable and came with year long warranty. So so happy with this company! Thanks for keeping us cool 😎”
