I reached out to them over FB messenger and they replied very promptly and had someone out the next day to do an estimate. From there I had about 6 other companies come out and give me estimates and got the run around from all of them how it would cost $14,000 for their bottom tier AC unit and up to $20,000 for the name brand top of the line unit. Needless to say 832 Comfort AC came back with an amazing estimate beating every single company that gave me an estimate by over 35% !!! All while offering me a top of the line Carrier AC System and Carrier Furnace heating system with all the bells and whistles included like the 4 inch media filter and UV light sanitizer for air quality control. After they sent me their estimate I had a million questions and concerns and not 1 question or concern I had went unanswered. At the end of the day I went with 832 Comfort AC because they went above and beyond to get my business and that's hard to find these days in a company. The day of the install they showed up on time and ready to roll! They got to my house at 8am and finished up everything by 4pm. The work they did was top notch quality.
