“I am tickled pink so far. I don't like going with larger companies, which this seems to be, but I found the service by both the technicians and the office to be outstanding. My first service call was pretty pricey because I didn't have a plan with them, but after consideration and my good experience with the first call, I did get a plan. The price seemed quite reasonable just for two inspections and cleanings a year, plus you get more perks than just that. Apparently I should have gone with this company a long time ago. I found them because it's hard to get a company that will repair an Amana heat pump. From what I've been able to gather Amana makes companies do a lot of expensive things to be certified to work on their equipment. This was one of only three companies that turned up from the Amana website. Darn good thing for me they turned out to be so satisfactory. Side note: I would really not recommend that anyone get an Amana system, just because of the difficulty in finding someone who will repair it. The only reason I have an Amana in particular is that it was during the pandemic and what the only company out of I think it was four or five that didn't try to gouge the life out of me sold me was an Amana. That was a one-horse company that's out of business now due to the death of the owner. Hence my need for a company that will do more, when necessary, than just clean and inspect it”
