He then found that my 200 amp service panel and grounding bar were totally unacceptable from its age and condition. He ordered and replaced the entire panel and added a surge protector unit to my system too. He grounded my home and shop to the system. Mr. Shelby Black came to our home to check out our old unit. From his first conversation with us till the men who installed the unit left our home, it was a seamless operation.
