“Went in for an double injection on February 24th everything was going good until the doctor hit a nerve on the second injection. I screamed because he hit a nerve ; Do you think Dr Reynolds stopped to check on me? Well heck no; The tall man that was working there replied there's other people here shush and Dr Reynolds agreed. 🧐 I tell you one thing people these demons will not be putting injections in into my body again. The lack of empathy and the lack of professionalism it's a hard No for me. Highly Disappointed.Smh”

“Dr. Daniel Reynolds provided excellent care. Having two unplanned spine surgeries in a few month span this year meant I was in for a challenging and painful recovery. Pain management can get a bad reputation - providers need to address pain but balance care to avoid opioid use dependence. Never having been to this type of clinic, I was nervous I could be treated poorly or like a drug seeker. My neurosurgeon sent a detailed referral. Dr. Reynolds and staff treated me well and listened to my concerns and questions in a caring and empathetic way. I read some reviews online and was worried - but he was compassionate and showed genuine care for my concerns. The anxiety and dread I had before the appointment were gone when I left. “I have went here twice and got Injections in both hips. Each time he has never spoke to me. They have changed how there insurance is Processed and now I cannot get a local anesthetic for the injections in my hips. Stuff is Is completely rude and does not like to be asked questions.”
