“Highly recommend Frank’s! We got Randy’s number through a referral from someone who spoke very highly of him, and now I can see why. We called him around 3:30–4:00 p.m., and he said he could fit us in that evening. He arrived at our house by 6:15 p.m. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with our A/C, made the repair, serviced the unit, and even took the time to explain some maintenance I should be doing to help keep it running efficiently. Having your A/C go out in the middle of a Texas summer is incredibly stressful and of course HOT. We weren’t sure who to call and were worried about getting price gouged, but Frank’s was honest, fairly priced, and provided outstanding service. They are reliable, timely, and ensure that you are satisfied and educated on all quality products that you purchase whether your getting a repair or new system. On a late friday afternoon it's was 95* outside and my thermostat reading was at 88* in the house. It was blowing hot air in the house. I placed a call and they came to my home within 1.5 hours. After completing a detailed diagnostic analysis, they informed me that a new system was needed. Frank's Heating and AC provided me with 2 window units until the distributor was open to pick up my new A/C unit and furnace. I have only had great experiences with this company.
