“We are breathing clean air! 😮‍💨 We had mold in our unit & AC space. Integrity services of Texas got all the old, rotten stuff out, built everything back up new in that room, replaced & re-covered the return space, put new coverings on all the wood/walls so it can’t happen again plus installed a completely new, more efficient system with more space so the unit can breathe too 🙌 They worked non-stop for 5 days, making sure it was all done correctly, without missing a single spot or detail. Our son has leukemia and recently had fungal pneumonia so this made a huge difference for us!”

“I recently had a fantastic experience with Integrity Services of Texas. James came out to inspect our ducts after another contractor had left issues unresolved. Not only did they not charge us for the diagnostic visit, but they also provided a very reasonable quote to fix our ductwork, return vents, and install a float switch to prevent overflow. The team completed all the work within our requested timeframe. Afterward, we encountered a problem with our heat pump not producing heat. Don promptly called us, and with Shawn's help on-site, they identified the issues stemming from previous work by another contractor. Shawn efficiently replaced the defrost control panel and reconfigured our system to operate correctly as a heat pump. Their honesty, reliability, and commitment to their initial quote left us extremely satisfied.
