“Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with regards to plumbing. They don’t show up when they say they will. They said they could line my entire sewer system but after they tried, they said there are gaps. They put holes in my ceiling when in the attic. I’ve got a hole in the front of my house where they installed my new clean outs - WEEKS AGO. Do not hire this company. They don’t care. And they are not good plumbers. I wasted so much money on promises that they couldn’t deliver on. Weeks and weeks of the same old story. Contact me if you want to discuss how bad these guys are. I’m happy to talk about it”

“UPDATE: It took a while to reach the right person to have everything remedied, but once we did, they went above and beyond to make things right. The ceiling was fixed (at no cost to us) and, thankfully, the drywall hadn’t been damaged, so it wasn’t as extensive as we had feared. A week after the work was done, our coil kept freezing and the AC stopped working and basically, it was missed in the initial visit that we needed a full cleaning on the coil, not just the spray. If it had been caught initially, we would have had to pay the usual cost to have it cleaned, however, since it was missed and was giving us so many issues, they sent someone to clean it at no cost. (Side note: George was awesome!) They also confirmed that the ducts were cleaned well and the debris we saw had just been dislodged and gotten caught in the vents once everything was up and running again. A lot of our frustration could have been eased through better communication, but we are very grateful for everything Michael did and took action to fix the issues we had. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Our appointment was 8–10 AM. They didn't arrive until after 2 PM, and only after we called them at noon to find out they'd changed it without telling us. We paid close to $4,000 for a furnace and air duct cleaning and a UV light. They cleaned the blower and were supposed to also spray clean the coil. As they were leaving, I took a look and saw that the coil was still really bad and I chased after them and they admitted they hadn’t sprayed it. The "cleaned" vents still had debris stuck inside them. To make it worse, they broke part of our ceiling, patched it with caulk, and said nothing. I only found out because they left a caulk behind in the bathroom. My wife baked them cookies. We treated them with kindness. We got dishonesty and a half-done job in return. We sent a detailed complaint with videos and photos. We never got a response.”
