“Our AC quit working. Absolute came out and repaired it immediately. We started using them for all our maintenence severalyears ago and they have always been great. Their techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Absolute Air for all AC and Heating.”

“If you call this place the lady who said she was the office manager refused to help me. I asked to speak with Amanda whom I had been working with throughout my A/C problem. The person who answered the phone refused to allow me to speak with Amanda. I asked to have the owner to call me and her wors were "he will say the same thing as I have". She was impossible and the only thing she would say is "no ma'am, no ma'am, no ma'am. The worker that came out to my home was very nice and polite. The office girls said they couldn't help me with some of the warranty paper work. Which amazes me. I called Carrier (the company that carries my warranty) they said there is not anything that they send, email or text out. Is all available to A/C companies. All they have to do is look it up. She also confirmed that my problem was pulled from me calling earlier. Carrier (the company that carries the A/C product) emailed me another list. As soon as I called the very first vendor he asked my name and date of birth, and he pulled it right up. They had a worker out the next morning. I would and NEVER will recommend Absolute Air to anyone. Unless you can go past the office personal. I'm guessing that they must not need business.”
