“Do not use anyone else but CLIFFS. Saved me tons of money from 2 other companies wanting to just sell parts. Honesty and promptness goes a long way.”

“Absolutely great experience! Had another company come out before Cliffs and do a run through with us and actually BROKE parts of our unit. Cliffs came out and fixed our unit and at a great price. They were very professional, honest and polite. Would recommend them to anyone and I am very happy with their work.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would! This company tells you they will help you, but it will be 2-3 weeks out. Then 2 days later they call to say they are coming out. The person that came out added a pound of freon to our unit and left. Our system continued to have issues and we had to get another company out to look at our air conditioner. The person that arrived did not properly identify themselves either! After all of this, we found a terrific reputable company in which the gentleman came out and found several things that were needed to assist our unit. He did not charge an arm and leg, and went above and beyond to help us. Furthermore, when I called to make a payment on my account, the person taking the payment got rude with me. I advised of all of the above and he tried to say he was related to the gentleman that came out and actually helped our unit. He kept on at me about how his person did or did not identify themselves and finally I just asked him if he wanted the payment or not! He said no and hung up! I then called the company and talked with the man that took care of us and gave Cliffs Heating and Air address and phone-and the owner himself said that neither he nor his company were related to or affiliated with the party that hung up on and was so rude to me! Buyer beware!”

“I have used this company twice for HVAC repair. The first time I called early Saturday because our heat would not come on. They were at the house shortly after noon. They showed me how the electric wires had been installed wrong when the new system was put in, in the summer. The first time we turned on the heat one of the wires shorted out. When our airconditioning systems stopped working properly in 100+ degrees and, of course late on a Friday, they came out the next morning. After testing the system they had to order a part, specific to our brand of unit. They showed us what to do to keep the system operating, though not a full capacity, and pointed out that they could not order the part until Monday. They called us Monday to let us know that the part had been ordered and they would be back as soon as it arrived. They called us the next day to let us know the part would be in late that afternoon and they would be out first thing in the morning. They arrived early, replaced the part, cleaned the coil, cleaned up and were gone by 10:30. They did not bill us for week-end service.”

“Our air went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had so far. We have two little ones and it was already 85 degrees at 3:00 in the afternoon. Cliff drove all the way to our house at 7:00 at night to make sure we were taken care of! Beyond grateful for them putting us first. We’ve used them several times over the years and have always been extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. If you have a HVAC problem they are the ones to call!”
