“Superior customer service and their work is the best! They explain the problems and give you options to fix the problem. I highly recommend them for your AC needs. Nathan is honest and trustworthy.”

“This company is rude and a rip off. I paid them for a service call and they refused to give me the part number required for replacement and refused to tell me the serial number of my unit. When I told them I paid the service call she told me that was for them to diagnose the issue not to give out any more information. Highly suggest you steer clear of this group!!!”

“Purchased a new two ton compressor from Schnorrbusch June 2022. The pictures reflects the lack of quality of workmanship. I had to provide tools, tape, and Dolly the the installer. Numerous calls, text, emails to Nathan. He and his tech admit the installation was sloppy but to this date will do nothing to do the job correct or check out the possible DEFECTIVE Carrier 2 ton unit they installed. NOTE: I can post all of the communications I have had with Nathan if needed to prove he is aware of the issues and had done nothing to correct these issues. I had to contact another HVAC Service Contractor to repair the sloppy install and investigate the 'DEFECTIVE' Carrier Unit. When they installed a 5-ton Trane HVAC in June 2020, I gave Schnorrbusch 5 Stars; today, I give them a 1 Star.”

“Schnorrbusch installed a mini split system in my garage/apartment. Most companies will help, or complete your warranty registration on your behalf, only after having an issue with my system did they mention that I should have done it and offered no help. Additionally, they misdiagnosed a problem, never ordered parts, and never contacted me for follow up. I ended up replacing parts myself since it was 8 bolts and 6 electrical connectors ($400 labor for this?), and when I mentioned that it didn’t fix the issue, no apology, no offer to come look at the system again, just “you never paid us for the diagnosis”. Steer clear, customer service is not in the purview.”

“We purchased our home almost a year ago. Our air went out. This company installed the unit a little less than 3 years ago, and confirmed the parts were still under warranty, but the labor wouldn’t be. Which we were fine with. They sent a tech out that was just absolutely inadequate. He said he was too large to get to the unit in our attic, his boss was even larger, and we’d have to call another company as they can’t help us. He stated when they installed it, they had scrawny guys. He just left us with no air on a Friday after hours. Note, there are two entries to our attic, and my brother, husband, and new a/c company had no trouble. Yes you do have an area you have to crouch down, but it takes minimal effort. Fast forward, we get a new company out here. He immediately finds the code on the unit within minutes. A very expensive part is needed, but guess what? It’s now just a day out of warranty. This company not only left us without air, wouldn’t help us out of shear laziness, but now, we are actually out of a lot of money. This is ALL due to just ZERO effort from what should’ve been a trusted company! Don’t use them! They don’t deserve anyone’s business!”
