About

Ingram Eli Wayne handles HVAC work across Houston Texas where the weather keeps systems under constant strain from high heat and heavy humidity. He focuses on residential air conditioning and heating units for local homeowners who deal with frequent breakdowns during peak summer months. Based right in the city his operation centers on practical repairs and upkeep rather than anything fancy. Houston homes often face issues with moisture buildup that leads to mold in ducts or coils icing over when units run nonstop. Eli Wayne brings a straightforward approach to these jobs drawing from real experience with the local climate that punishes equipment year after year.

Common calls involve fixing compressors that quit during July heat waves or replacing thermostats that no longer hold accurate readings after years of use. Technicians check refrigerant levels and clean filters clogged by dust from nearby construction sites or pollen. They also handle full system installations when older units cannot keep up with demand in larger homes around the area. Work typically starts with a direct assessment of the existing setup followed by clear steps to restore cooling without unnecessary add ons. Homeowners in Houston report problems like uneven temperatures between rooms due to poor duct design or high energy bills from units struggling against the constant moisture in the air.

Customers give mixed marks on how quickly jobs get done and the overall quality of the fixes which lands the score at this level after twenty seven total reviews. Some note solid results on basic repairs that restore function without extra costs while others point to delays in response during busy seasons or communication gaps on scheduling. Price feedback varies with some finding the rates reasonable for the work completed and others expecting tighter estimates upfront. Speed and quality stand out as areas where consistency could improve based on patterns in the feedback. DIRT Score 3.5 from 27 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I am very grateful for Ingram Funeral home and the ladies here. In my weakest hour after losing my father they not only reassured me and were overly sensitive and reassured me that my father was ok and they would and did help in every way. They took my feelings into consideration and helped put me at ease. Thank you Ingram Funeral home and staff!

I hope anyone considering doing business with Ingram Funeral Home seriously reconsiders. The lack of compassion and professionalism during such a deeply painful time is unacceptable. I was informed by DeAnca Ingram via phone that my mother, Florence Higgins, was brought to their facility on December 23, 2024. However, I did not receive any outreach from the funeral home until December 31, 2024 — over a week later. From that point on, I was rushed to complete the necessary paperwork for my mother's cremation. I complied fully and was told I would be contacted when I could pick up her ashes. My mother was cremated on January 2, 2025, yet no one called me regarding pickup. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to reach out — most recently on September 4, 2025 — including an email to DeAnca Ingram, who has been my main point of contact throughout this incredibly difficult process. As of today, I have received no response. It is heartbreaking and infuriating that a funeral home — a place meant to offer support and dignity — can operate with such disregard for grieving families. This experience has added unnecessary pain to an already devastating loss. I would not recommend Ingram Funeral Home to anyone. As of today, September 17, 2025 still no call back or email reponse in regards to this matter.

Unfortunately, my experiences left me very disappointed. Confidentiality was not respected, even after I specifically asked for privacy regarding certain details. The front desk staff, particularly Dana, was unprofessional in how information was handled. I had strong reason to believe personal details were shared with people she knew, despite my request that they remain private. During such a sensitive and emotional time, families should be able to trust that their loved ones will be treated with respect and that their wishes will be honored. Sadly, that was not my experience here

I am truly grateful for Ingram funeral home. My father in law passed away at the beginning of January, and they went above, and beyond for us. When a loved one dies, it’s devastating enough. This is a process we have never dealt with before, so we needed some guidance. The owner Dee, as well as, Dana helped us through the process. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring compassionate pair, to help assist us. I want to say a special Thank you to Dana for all the extra hoops she jumped through, due to our situation of living out of state. I would like to add, that they were also AFFORDABLE , and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Once again Thank y’all so much, y’all were a true blessing!!

I can not express how much gratitude our family would like to give to all of the ladies here at Ingram Funeral Home. Anything and everything that they could accommodate for my grandma they did and went above and beyond our expectations for her service! We as a family of Brenda Schwartz, were so pleased with how everything turned out and how loving and kind and just all around wonderful they made us feel. During a time like this to have someone sit with you and listen and care about what your loved one loved to make it just perfect for them is a blessing. We are just so thankful for all they did.
