“We had been without AC since Saturday and were suffering waiting on our Home Warranty company to find someone to send out. By Tuesday night, my husband and I were over waiting on the warranty company. Google Maps led me to this amazing company. The reviews were stellar, so I called their answering service to book an appointment. Amanda, a super nice scheduler, gave me a call early this morning and said they could squeeze us in for a 1-3pm slot same day! I was fully prepared to wait until 3 pm, but received a call from Devin before 12:30pm saying he'd be arriving in 25 minutes. And he did! Devin was so professional when he came out for a bad capacitor and replaced it in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price! He even changed the filter and let me know which filters to use in summer versus winter and allergy season. I was also informed about a membership they have for regular service calls that will save us money. We may take advantage of it. I highly recommend this company and will be a loyal customer.
