“We have had service from State Aire for 5 years and we have always experienced fantastic, top-of-the-line customer service, from the phone calls to the service technician visits to our home. Eric took care of our spring maintenance service today and once again, did a great job! He is very knowledgeable, provides answers to all questions and is courteous! Thank you State Aire for being the BEST!!”

“AC stopped working Sunday night. Called and left a message and they call first thing Monday. Tech was here in less than an hour and went straight to analyzing the problem. Finally figured out it was the overflow pan that was full and the system was stopping it from working. He unplugged the line and emptied the pan of about 12 gallons of water. Found the coil was freezing and checked the Freon. Had to add 5 pounds because the system had leaked down after many years. Tech was smart and personable and will request him in the future is we need it. Highly recommend State Aire, they are honest and quality oriented. They have the parts on the truck and their pricing is fair.”

“Super prompt and professional service. My technician, Levi was very knowledgeable and explained the installation process from start to finish. He represented State Aire as a true professional. BTW, his helper was also cut from the same cloth. After finishing the tough job they picked up/ cleaned everything up to my 100% satisfaction. “Update: Still 4 stars. They finished and left the attic access door with some damage but it wasnt a huge deal We realized they only hooked up part of the ducting but they came back out quickly and fixed it. ONLY 4 stars for now. They're still working on the project and still have to reduct the whole house but I was surprised when my wife said they hooked the new unit up to the old duct so that the house wouldn't be too hot overnight before the new duct is installed. Really good customer service so far. There was a few miscommunications but for the speed of getting the estimate, them getting one of the higher efficiency units and working to install it before the real hot weather set in its to be expected. They have removed the old base and leveled the condenser on a new one installed the new controller so far. Can't wait to give them the 5th star when it's done.9”
