“Update 7/10/2022: it’s 104 outside and our AC died. I texted David Morris and he immediately responded back to me with trouble shooting ideas. Via text we were quickly able to determine the issue was a clogged drain line. David talked me through the steps and my AC was back on in 15 minutes. David could have charged me for a service call but he was honest and beyond willing to help me fix the project on my own. I wish more businesses operated with the same integrity. I can’t recommend David Morris enough, he is a standup business owner who has done right by me many times over the years. Morris Heating & Air did an exceptional job for your us. When our unit went out David was onsite at our home within an hour and provided knowledgeable insight on helping us select our replacement unit. The Morris Heating & Air installation team was professional and courteous and arrived when they said they would be there. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and total cost of the service that was provided. Highly recommend.”
