Sensible Hvac Services Llc

Sensible Hvac Services Llc works out of Kerrville, Texas, where they specialize in HVAC services for residential properties. The team deals with everything from routine maintenance to full system replacements in homes throughout the region. Kerrville homeowners often face issues with their heating and cooling units due to the local climate, and this outfit steps in to keep things running properly. They cover both standard central systems and alternative setups like mini splits when needed for outbuildings or specific spaces. The crew knows the ins and outs of local homes and what it takes to get systems back online without unnecessary delays.

Technicians handle repairs such as swapping out capacitors and thermostats on existing units, with Dave walking homeowners through each step so the fix matches what the house actually needs. When a heater drifts outside the set range the crew quickly pins down the cause and corrects it during the visit. David has pulled old central HVAC equipment plus all the venting from a cottage behind a house and replaced it with two mini split systems that ran without issues from day one. The same team answers calls that come in late on a Friday and shows up the next morning to diagnose and complete the repair before the weekend gets away from the owner.

Customers give them top marks for turning out solid work every time, showing up fast even on short notice, and keeping costs down without cutting corners on the job. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough so nothing gets left hanging. Reviews point to the same pattern across dozens of jobs around Kerrville, whether it is a quick part swap or a full changeover in an outbuilding. DIRT Score 5.0 from 72 reviews on Finds.

“We needed a new capacitor and thermostat for our HVAC system and Dave did a great job. He's very professional and took his time so we understood what needed to be done to meet our needs.”

“I had a great experience with the Sensible Heat & Air Service team! I made an appointment due to my heater not staying within the set thermostat range The Sensible Heat and & Air Service team was able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue after a quick discussion about the issue I was having when they got on-site. Thank you guys so much for your time and help! Pricing was also very fair in my opinion!”

“I had David to remove an old HVAC system and all the systems venting and haul it off. He then installed 2 mini splits which work great. This was in a cottage behind my house. That was last year when I first moved here. The HVAC system in my house was not kicking in the heat when needed. There were several days last winter when we would have to use the propane fireplace as well as the propane oven to keep warm. The propane heating unit under the floor was not coming on unless we turned the thermostat up to 80 degrees. I had him to come out and se if he could fix it before cold weather set in. He crawled under the house to inspect it then connected the thermostat to our wifi so that it could communicate properly with the outside unit and thermostat. He would not charge me a dime! I highly recommend his services. He is my go to guy with any future problems that may occur.”

“Extremely satisfied with the service and price. I called on a Friday at 6pm and Sensible Heating and Air came out that Saturday morning. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. I honestly couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for the service he provided. I Will recommend and use for all future HVAC needs!”

“This gentlemen and his workforce was very knowledgeable of their trade and quick with their findings. Wonderful rates too. I would recommend to anyone unsure of who to call. 10/10 will use them again.”
