Air Comfort Solutions Ctx

Air Comfort Solutions Ctx handles HVAC work for homes around Killeen Texas out of their location on Morgan's Point Rd in Morgan's Point Resort. The business keeps doors open all day and night every day of the week with no breaks listed for weekends or holidays. Technicians such as John and Jason take calls and make site visits for air conditioning repairs and related tasks. Homeowners reach them directly when other spots do not answer.

One review described an AC unit that stopped on a Sunday. John took the call despite a full day, came to the house, pointed out the issue on the spot, showed the prices for parts and labor, completed the fix, and walked through how the unit should run afterward. Another customer noted Jason arrived right on schedule, laid out the steps ahead of time, and gave clear choices along with costs before any work started. A third review covered the same pattern of showing up when promised and handling the job without extra steps.

The company answers phones even on busy weekend days and gives pricing details during the visit rather than after the fact. Service stays within the local area tied to the Morgan's Point Resort address and follows the listed twenty four hour schedule. Reviewers mention the technicians stay on schedule and keep explanations direct so the homeowner knows what is happening and what it will cost.

The three Google reviews all give five stars and focus on timely arrivals plus clear talk about the work and prices. Those same points show up across the feedback. DIRT Score 2.5 from 3 reviews on Finds.

“My AC unit shut down on a Sunday and I called varies places hoping to get my AC fix as soon as possible. Since it was the weekend all other places either send me to a scheduling service or simply didn't answer even though they stated on their website that they were open 24/7. John from Air Comfort Solutions answered my call in-spite of his busy Sunday schedule and gave me all my options of their services. When he came he showed me what was wrong with my unit and allowed me to see the prices for it. Once he installed it he walked me through its proper function and educated me on my AC unit. He was polite, professional and friendly. I 100% would recommend them to anyone looking to get their AC fix.”

“Jason was on Time and very Professional he explained everything before he did it and gave me options with prices. I would recommend Air Comfort Solutions CTX to my family and friends.”

“I highly recommend. Professional, on-time... overall great service. I will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs”
