“Tommy at Amos Electric has been my go man for all of my electrical needs at our storage facilities in central Texas. We have used them for a few years and couldn’t be happier. We had other companies trying to price gouge us for lighting. Tommy came in and was very honest about what we actually needed and saved us from spending thousands more on unnecessary repairs that other companies were trying to charge for work we did not need. This is why we only work with them! He has an exceptional skill set and extensive knowledge in all things electrical. I know I can depend on them for fair pricing and quality work no matter how big or small the project is. They are always honest and fair with pricing. “Remembered this company come out and do a repair job on our home AC back in 23'.. His name was either Jose or Joseph.. The job got done, but the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE. Even told me he should "undo the job" he had done because it was taking me some time to get all of my payment together.. my grandmother and two small children were in the house. Didn't appreciate it at all and it took everything in me not to curse him out for being so rude. I did call the company back afterward it actually happened but nothing ever came of it. It occurred to me that I never actually left a review about it then and it still bothers me today. I'm not sure if the guy even still works for this company now.. but if so he needs to be fired. To this day I still think about this in counter and use it as a reminder to not call again.”

My mom is a very inquisitive person, so she watched and asked questions the whole time!!😎😎 Jordan took the time to answer every single one, pointing to things, and explaining why it was or was not a concern. She learned a lot, he was thorough and made sure my mom was happy with her service. He gave recommendations for upgrades, didn’t push any extra sales, and let her know what other services Amos offered so she would know who to call if needed and when she was ready. He even spoke highly of his coworkers that might come out next time. They were laughing and sharing pictures of the family and pets by the end of the visit.
