“My builder used McDowell to install the water heater when my home was built and put a sticker with their information on the water heater.... We noticed our hot water wasn't working correctly, and from what I could tell from my assessment as a YouTube water heater expert, I was going to need a new water heater. I called at 9am to see if they could come install a new one and they informed me that it was under warranty and if they could repair it they would and if not they would replace it and it would take a technician 2 days to get to us. An hour later they called back and said a technician was on the way, he gets to the house quickly assessed that it needed to be replaced and within an hour they had a new on installed and ready to go. They could have easily charged me for a new water heater but they were the ones to inform me of the warranty was still active. That type of honesty and customer service is something that separates those that don't practice ethical business. And they now have a customer for life. Thank you to the team for getting us back up and running so quickly”
