“Castleberry completed my custom home im a little over 4 months!!!! Every contractor did quality work and was extremely helpful. From strait to finish, the office staff and field supervisors, quick to respond to any requests I may have had. I was present during the entire build process and everything that was installed was top of the line quality products. I cannot say enough good things about this company. “First off I want to say that the people that I dealt with at castleberry are super nice. This was our first custom home and building a house can be very overwhelming.. That being said they finished pretty quickly but that was both a good and bad thing. We made a huge mistake in not getting the house inspected by an actual inspector and trusted the city inspector which is no longer with the city where we live. To this day we still have electrical issues and breaker are constantly tripping.. Two days ago my mom was vacuuming the spare room and the garage door was raised when I went outside and the breaker tripped. We have had two spots where they fixed it once right before the 1 yr warranty ran out.. I thought it was fixed but alas last winter the warm spots on my roof showed up where the heat was getting past the spray foam insulation.. I sent an email and no response. There were multiple crews that were replaced during our build.. Now 3 yrs later I have tiles that are making a hallow noise. The house is pretty but there are some items that I feel are like a ticking time bomb that I am just waiting for a huge repair bill for such as the A/C which we have to drain the drain pan at least three times a year because it gets backed up..”

From the moment we first stepped into their beautiful showroom/office, we knew we working with a high end company. But much more importantly, from the moment we met their staff, we felt at peace. Owner Bryan was kind and welcoming from our first visit. Don’t let his calm nature and peaceful spirit fool you- he is an incredibly talented and effective businessman. He and generations before him have built a remarkable, family owned company. Bryan was a delight to work with! He was full of ideas of how to take a dream home blueprint that we (construction lay people) had custom designed and turn into something practically workable and within our preferred price range. Amazing! Conner, Bryan’s son, was brought in to draw up the final blueprints for our home. He did this for a very reasonable price- much, much less expensive than other quotes in the area. He did an excellent job juggling all of our requests and ideas, and was willing to make multiple adjustments until all was just right. Nicole in the design center made us feel right at home. She was knowledgeable about the finishes we had to choose from and patient as we made our choices-even when we changed our minds multiple times! She offered great alternatives when something was price prohibitive. She tracked down pendant lights we had seen on Pinterest and outdoor lanterns to match those on our barn. She gave us honest feedback when we asked her opinion about the design features we were choosing. Nicole did not try to sway us toward currently popular design styles but instead listened to our own preferences and style choices. She even had us make up multiple idea boards for our home so that she could be sure she was catching our vision. And she did! She was our very own personal designer walking through the process with us! When construction began on our home, we began working more closely with Candice, Castleberry’s Operations Manager and Queen of All Details. 😄 Candice is a doll! You will not be disappointed by her enthusiasm for your home! We gladly and confidently entrusted our money to this capable lady- with every draw laid out clearly enough to really know where our money was going. If there was ever any confusion or misunderstanding, Candice would quickly walk us through it until we felt at ease. Her quick response to questions was incredible, the same being true for each Castleberry employee. Candice herself came often to our build sight and with knit picky precision would look for any subpar workmanship- and have it promptly fixed! We have met few in the business world who are as kind, trustworthy and have such ingenuity as Candice. She made our house building project an absolute delight! Ricky, Site Supervisor at our home’s construction site, was as efficient and enjoyable to work with as the rest of Castleberry’s crew! You’ll recognize him in his bucket hat, auditing the day’s work! 😌 Ricky was very available to us as clients, returning texts, phone calls and emails promptly, and was present on our job location constantly. Ricky kept his subs and workers on track and on schedule, and called us in to help make decisions when something was unclear. He was genuinely kind and enjoyable to work with, extremely knowledgeable of construction, and very helpful when issues arose that affected the look of our home.
