“Booked an appointment for 7 am next day as my home was at 85 degrees and the heat outside was scorching. Not 15 minutes after booking we received a phone call and a tech was sent within 30 minutes with no extra charge! The tech was kind, knowledgeable, and knew what was wrong away. He replaced the part and within a few hours I could breathe in my home again! Amazing service and such kind people.”

We already had 3 bids, and just to be thorough we requested Creative Air to provide a final bid. Chris, the owner, came out the very same day and provided a very competitive (and winning) bid. He listened to our needs and did not try to upsell or pressure sell. The team came out, on schedule, laid drop cloths, and carefully removed the old units and installed the new units. They honored my request to be careful to protect the shrubs around the AC unit during install. The team swept up and left my home and the job site clean. Later in the day after installation I noticed that the AC unit was slightly off-center on the pad and Chris sent a team to correct the issue, no questions asked. They needed to run a camera through the vents prior to an estimate, which would cost $400, in addition to the repair cost.
