“I recently had another well known company come out and service my HVAC system and I was told that I needed a new unit, coil, etc. Something didn't sit right with me so before I went with their $7,000-$14,000 repair I got a second opinion. Michelle came out, did a very thorough inspection of everything and told me in detail exactly what was going on. What really made me feel comfortable was she took pictures and showed me as well as took me with her to the attic to see for myself. She explained what she was going to do to repair it and how I can maintain everything myself. There were no upsells, no pressuring me to do anything except what she said she was going to do. Once all work was completed she showed me photos of that as well. I felt so relieved when she was finished and not out of thousands of dollars. If it weren't for my gut feeling and a friend knowledgeable in HVAC systems I probably would have continued to stress. Be careful with these other companies, just because they have big reviews doesn't mean they are honest. Get a second opinion. Thank you Michelle for your hard work and honesty!
