From my first contact with Deane's everything went smooth as silk,got a service appointment scheduled for the day I requested, got a very reasonable time window of 4 hours, got a text update an hour in, then a call from the tech when he was on his way and got to me just halfway through the original time window, the tech Ricky very pleasant listened to all my concerns then did a thorough inspection of the different areas, explained everything to me gave a quote of exactly all costs,had what he needed on the truck was able to complete the repairs while he was there and quote out some other things I'd like to do in the near future,and he swept and cleaned up the areas he worked on! wonderful experience, very happy to of had everything done in one trip I highly recommend!!
