Jormer Enterprises

Jormer Enterprises runs an HVAC operation out of Killeen, Texas, with an address listed in nearby Copperas Cove. The business handles air conditioning repair and replacement, furnace work, full system installs, routine maintenance, and ductless mini-split setups. They cover heating and cooling jobs plus some refrigeration equipment like walk-in coolers and ice machines. Service reaches towns such as Temple, Salado, Nolanville, Lampasas, Gatesville, Burnet, Belton, Kempner, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove. The shop keeps doors open around the clock every day of the week.

Homeowners call them for AC units that quit during hot spells, full replacements when old systems fail, and repairs that keep things running without total swaps. Billy and Justin showed up for one broken unit and got it fixed quick while answering every question. Josh arrived within a couple hours on another call to restore service on a scorching day. Reviewers mention getting options instead of pressure for an all-or-nothing fix, new units installed at prices that felt fair, and work that included explaining the steps so nothing stayed unclear. Several noted the crews cleaned up after themselves and left the job done right the first time.

They answer the phone fast and show up the same day when the heat is on. Communication stays direct, with techs walking through what needs doing and what it will cost before starting. The business lists twenty-four-hour availability, and customers say the crews respond even on weekends without long waits. Pricing comes up as reasonable compared to other outfits that pushed bigger jobs, and the work covers both homes and some commercial spots in the listed towns.

“Our experience with Jormer was absolutely outstanding!! After our AC went out, we had a couple of other companies come out to look at our unit. They were the only company that gave us options and didn't make us feel like our only option was all or nothing. Everyone I spoke to explained everything and answered all our questions. We will be using Jormer for years to come.”
