“Dylan was wonderful the first visit he arrived and was upfront and honest and told me what needed to be done. I had to schedule a appointment from that point so that what Dylan had suggested to be done could be done . The nexted week I was scheduled to have the upgrades I needed in order to be able to sell my house. Dylan and Chad came in early morning and they were able to complete the work I needed in a timely manor and the price was amazing thank you again Reul Electrical I will call you again if ever needed in future.”

“I set up an appointment with Russel's Quick Electricians to have an outlet installed in my attic. Was given a date and a 2 hour time window, but no one ever showed up. At the end of the time window, I contacted the company, and they said their electrician had car trouble and couldn't make it. Was disappointed that no one contacted me to inform me of this as I had to make arrangements to have someone home for the appointment. They rescheduled for the following day, for the same time slot, and again no one showed up and I did not get a phone call. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service needs some improvement. Two days in a row I had to adjust my work schedule in order to be home for an appointment that never happened and didn't even get a curtesy call to inform me they would not be showing up.”
