“A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I can’t praise this company enough! Specifically Phillip Pollard. Our AC went out on the 4th of July, we had another company file out the next day. My gut told me to have someone else come out…. We were told Rabroker was the company to go with. That was an understatement…. Phillip came out and took the time to explain and make sure I understood ALL my options. At no point did he try to rush or persuade us. Today they installed our unit. Everyone on the team was extremely professional…Phillip even stopped by to make sure everything was going great! Our new unit is glorious. Thank you, thank you, thank you! “Last summer Rabroker Air Conditioning installed a mini split air conditioner in a room addition to our home and we are very pleased with their work. We have been using Raybroker to install and service our residential air conditioning equipment for years and they have never disappointed us. Our real estate agent recommended Raybroker when we moved to Temple and we were having trouble with an air conditioning contractor that performed faulty work. I was very impressed with Phillip Paul, Supervisor for Raybroker, when I observed how he throughly inspected the work of his installers. He also always provided helpful information. On the recent mini split A/C installation, Gerome, Installation Supervisor, and Alex Deleon, Installation Technician, were very courteous and professional during the installation. I will continue to recommend Rabroker Air Conditioning. Update, After tornado damage our roof shingles were recently replaced. During the work a roofing nail punctured the refrigeration line to our new mini-split A/C unit. I contacted Phillip for help and he sent Gerome to evaluate the problem. Gerome then directed Alex and Antonio to troubleshoot and repair the mini-split. The outside temperature was over 100 degrees and much hotter in the attic. Alex and Antonio didn’t hesitate to enter the attic with their equipment to locate and repair the punctured pipe. I had recommended that they return in the morning since it would be cooler, but they continued and successfully completed the repairs. Another success story for the Raybroker team that I’m happy to report.”

“Our AC fan went out again and after replacing it twice in the three years that we owned our home, we decided to bite the bullet and get a new AC/Heat Pump and Heat Handler. We chose Rabroker because of the outstanding reviews and a friend's recommendation. Phil (Sales Rep) came out and we decided on a Lennox system. The initial installation was not going as planned. We contacted Phil and he when he arrived he made sure that the install was to our specifics. The tech's attitudes of the situation was unprofessional, the sloppy workmanship and the mess they left behind was something else to be desired. The next day we contacted Phil and he came over assessed the situation and arranged to have it corrected. Alex arrived the next day and had to replace the circuit board because the original installers just didn't take the time to do the job correctly. And he leveled the condenser/heat pump and took the time to show my husband what he did and why he did it. Professional service through and through. Between Phil and Alex, thank you for the great customer service and restoring our faith in Rabroker!”

“We had our system installed less than two years ago. Since then the water heater located in the same utility closet failed. The plumber we hired discovered that the new hvac unit had been installed in a way that completely blocked the WH. We had to wait for rabroker to come and correct their installation error. They had wanted to charge us $1100 and we negotiated it down to $300. Should have been $0. Then, yesterday, I called them because the thermostat was causing the air to come on automatically about an hour before it was set. Turns out, it was a 2 minute fix that I had the pleasure of paying $130. 2 stars are for the tech being so nice.”

“I found this company while looking for options to replace a 27 year old AC unit . It needed to be replaced bottom line. One company wanted to charge me 10,000$ another 7,800$ and then this company knocked them out of the race HARD. Not only that, within 3 days they came and checked it out and ordered parts and before I knew it they were outside early and finished just as quick. So to Kelly and the gentlemen that came to do the job I say great job and thank you very much for your hard work. Ps I regret not knowing what else they can do otherwise I would have contracted them fix a lot more stuff. 5 stars ⭐️ is not enough !!”
